The acquisition is being led by the talent agency WME-IMG, whose co-CEO is Ari Emanuel, the brother of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the inspiration for the agent played by Jeremy Piven on the HBO show “ #Entourage .” Private equity giants #SilverLake Partners and KKR are joining WME-IMG as strategic investors in the deal. #Dell
