Keeping close track of research around the United States and the world, NSF maintains constant contact with the research community to identify ever-moving horizons of inquiry, monitoring which areas are most likely to result in spectacular progress and choosing the most promising people to conduct the research. In support of NSF’s research and educational community, DSFG’s IT professionals, under the terms of this contract, will provide support for NSF’s desktops, laptops, and tablets under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 15), policies and procedures governing competitive and non-competitive negotiated acquisitions. Additional services will include managing and maintaining the NSF Customer Relationship Management and analytics environment to provide reliable and custom service request functionality.
