Report: Zscaler spurned $2B buyout bid from Cisco before its IPO

@Zscaler Inc. reportedly turned down a pair of $2 billion buyout offers before it went public last month, including one from @Cisco Systems Inc. Bloomberg cited unnamed sources who said that the offers were made by Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) and another unnamed company while Zscaler founder and CEO @Jay Chaudhry was pitching to investors in the run-up to his March 16 IPO.
