LONDON--#MicroFocus International PLC (MCRO.LN), the U.K. software company that last year announced it is buying most of #HewlettPackardEnterprise Co.'s HPE, -0.58% software assets, said it is disappointed with declining revenue at the #HPE business it is buying. Newbury, England-based Micro Focus Tuesday said preliminary estimates show #HPESoftware' s revenue was down by around 10% in the quarter ended April 30, due to declining licensing and professional services.
