Airtel Adopts Cloudera To Gain Customer Insights

@Airtel today said it has deployed data analytics platform #Cloudera to get customer insights in order to help the operators serve its customers in a better way. The adoption of Cloudera Enterprise, that is built on #Apache #Hadoop, will Airtel in having a 360-degree view of their customers in India, enabling them to better leverage customer data to execute successful omni-channel campaigns and influence buyers in a highly competitive market. “As part of our digital journey at Airtel, our main focus is on providing the best customer experience with our new Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics platform, powered by Cloudera.
