One of @Samsung ’s next growth areas for its mobile division is going to be enterprise security. The building blocks are already in place, with its Knox security solution, partnerships with @BlackBerry and @IBM, and a number of Government security certificates around the world. Partly because of its market presence and visibility, and partly because of the volume of sales that it has, #Samsung is the leading #Android handset provider to enterprise partners. With the news that BlackBerry’s time as the lead hardware provider to the @USSenate is up, the way is open for Samsung to move in – and if #Blackberry continues to provide the software services that’s a rare win in 2016 for the Canadian manufacturer.
