Every analyst out there says that 25GbE will be the fastest growing bandwidth since 1GbE.  Why?  It’s not because of the speed, it’s because of the cost.  The entry price for 25GbE is already very close to that of 10GbE (gig for gig); and will likely hit parity very soon.   And, because it’s backwards compatible to 10GbE, it’s a no-brainer to future-proof now.   Right now #DELLEMC has the #Z9100 available – and with the 100GbE to 25GbE breakout cables – this is a great switch to use for this.   Very soon, we’ll have the #S5048 out (RTO 10/3), which means we’ll have 25GbE native ToR ports, so no need for breakouts.  Ask me how to get 100/25Gb ToR #Z9100@ <13k when bundled with #DellEMC #Poweredge #14GServers.  See more below!
