A federal judge in Boston has ruled against Hopkinton storage giant #DellEMC — formerly known as #EMC Corp. — in a trademark lawsuit brought by a California firm. The court ruled last week that #NexsanTechnologies Inc., another data storage company, has priority over EMC for the name #Unity, which both companies are currently using for new hardware technologies.
