Dell Tech is structured to give autonomy to different segments

Bengaluru: #DellTechnologies, the $74 billion #Dell - #EMC combine powerhouse, has emerged to become the world's largest privately-controlled tech company. Dell has emerged as a formidable force in the SMB space, while EMC's strength among enterprise customers is expected to unlock newer opportunities straddling areas ranging from server and security to cloud solutions. Amit Midha, president, Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) commercial for Dell EMC and a 21-year Dell veteran, spoke to TOI about the integration of the two businesses.
