Silicon Valley software company #Nutanix Inc. put a price range of $11 to $13 a share on its initial public offering of stock amid a cold market this year for tech IPOs. Nutanix plans to sell 14 million Class-A shares, plus 2.1 million in a so-called overallotment option, which gives underwriters the opportunity to sell additional shares under certain circumstances.
